This Shipping Policy explains how TOU PATERA processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through TOUPATERA.COM.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High order volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

3. Domestic and International Shipping
We currently ship to DOMESTIC USA & CANADA.

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier, except as required by law.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at SHOP@TOUPATERA.COM, and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery at SHOP@TOUPATERA.COM. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged package and items.

8. Split Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or package size. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

9. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, we will provide an estimated shipping date on the product page or at checkout when possible. These dates are estimates and may change.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or hold the order until all items are available.

10. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery problems, please contact us at INFO@TOUPATERA.COM. We may ask for additional information to help investigate the issue with the carrier.
