We blend our three local varietals; Athinolia, Koroneiki & Koutsourelia to make the high quality oil we offer. Fig aromatics with notes of tomato, artichoke & walnut, full bodied & smooth with a peppery finish - our olive oil lends a lovely flavor to salads, dips, sauté'd foods and bakes.
