Our olive oil is a blend of our three local varietals; Athinolia, Koroneiki & Koutsourelia. Fig aromatics with notes of tomato, artichoke & walnut. Full bodied & smooth with a peppery finish, it will impart a lovely flavor to salads, dips, sauté'd foods and bakes.
